Dress – Anita Dongre | Earrings- Just Jewellery | Bracelet – Swarovski | Sandals – Aza
This year has been quite eventful for me both on the professional and personal front. Styllogue turned three earlier this month and if you follow me on Instagram you must have seen my travel updates from across Europe. We did have a small celebration while we were on vacation but any blog anniversary is incomplete without an anniversary post.
With every anniversary I always like to take a moment to reflect on the blog, how much it has grown in the past year. I can’t thank enough for the amount of love and support you readers give through your feedback and encouraging comments on the blog and other social networking handles.
For this particular post I was interested in putting together a light ethnic ensemble. Mixing ethnic and western styles has always appealed to me. The beautiful thread embroidery and work on this dress has an ethnic feel to it while the silhouette adds the western element. I can see this outfit fitting perfectly in one of those pre wedding or Diwali parties. To add contrast to the rose pink, I paired the dress with green earrings and finished off the look with gota patti embroidered heels.
